Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse

2- 8 ounces packages light cream cheese room temp
1- 15 ounce can pure pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
2 cups Fairlife milk, whole
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1-2 teaspoons liquid stevia or other sweetener to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Using a mixer, blend cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth. Add Fairlife milk, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract and blend until fluffy, about 5 minutes. Taste and add sweetener to desired sweetness. Put in serving bowl or individual serving dishes. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 12 servings.

Nutrition information per serving: 121 calories, 5 grams protein, 8 grams fat, 6 grams carbohydrate, 176 mg sodium.
